TERESA

Back in her best friends lounge room circa 2001, Teresa popped on a Mari Winsor Pilates VHS and started counting to 100. It was here that she found her core, along with her love of Pilates. Teresa continued mastering her personal practice, discovering the myriad of benefits that 'Contrology' has for both the body and the mind.

Deciding to turn her hobby into her career, Teresa completed her studies with Polestar Pilates and holds their Studio Certification. She enjoyed her Pilates journey so much, she then undertook the bridging program through Authentic Pilates International Education, under the mentorship of Olga Tamara, to become fully certified in the Classical method.

She will focus on the 'why' in your session, not just the 'how', to ensure a truly individualised and tailored Pilates prescription. Teresa loves nothing more than sharing her love of Pilates with new clients and guiding them through their own Pilates journey.

Teresa teaches group reformer, and private/ semi private studio classes. Her passion is teaching in the classical method.
